Unfortunately she was in a hurry and we left with an unwrapped staph infected wound. We were only offered a bandaid, due to adhesive allergy had to turn it down. So we rewrapped the large wound with our old dressing by ourselves. Make sure you make a visit that allows her more than 15 min. I had to learn the hard way that a “follow up” from ER only involves assessment of a single treatment. Really wanted to go over the multiple symptoms that lead to my child’s infection. Had to schedule yet another appointment for this. Discouraging that the bigger picture was not addressed. Maybe I expected too much? I’m tired of being constantly given referrals and lack of anyone having time to treat or talk about multiple issues that clearly have one root cause. Was it the Dr or the system?

Dr. Falconi is always patient with all my questions. She pays attention to both physical and mental health in my sons' yearly well visit. I have 3 children with age from 1 to 12, and all of them love her.

This is a knowledgeable, caring, and trustworthy Doctor. I would highly recommend her and will continue to bring my son to her. She's always willing to sit and answer all the questions I have and never makes me feel rushed or unimportant.

I would not recommend this doctor. She is irresponsible with her medical advice and ability to follow up to keep patients psychologically safe.
