Will not follow up on sleep study.
Everything went as planned for my sleep study. Wrist sleep monitor was taken home, test performed and returned to doctor next weekday as instructed. Was told office would call me back to give study results and they did call except I was unable to answer call. I called back within a few minutes and got no answer, but I left message with my information asking to call me back. It's now been over one month and still have not gotten my results, but they were quick to send me a bill for service which will not be paid since 'service' has not been fulfilled by the doctor. Shows they do not care.

Is there a doctor in this office
I had a sleep study done here in January 2023, went back for my results in February, the initial visit was given by Dr Belgraves assistant, and the tech performed the study, and the Doctor's assistant gave me the results, but I never saw the doctor or talked to her, I don't know what she looks like or if she even knew I was seen there. I hope my insurance paid accordingly, and her Tech and Assistant got credit for performing their job without the help of a doctor.

Rude/lazy front office staff
Dr. Belgrave is great, however, her front office staff is not knowledgeable and rude! They have called me multiple times to cancel my appointment because they claim I need authorization from Tricare. I do not need authorization for Tricare, but the lady with the raspy voice insisted I do and was not willing to look into it. Poor customer service. I will be changing doctors just because of the front office staff.

Several years ago Dr Belgrave was treating my father. I came to know her as he died from cancer. I’m not going into the gritty details of what happened. But I honestly still think of this woman to this day I respect her and appreciated all she did during that long, difficult time. She was honest and straightforward. She is a genuine person and took extra time discussing things with me. This is a great person and a awesome Dr, 6 stars please

She is always kind and helpful. I was a patient of hers for over 3 years, and only changed because I moved. She answered all my questions when I spoke with her, and never rushed me. Her staff are very kind and helpful, willing to go the extra mile to ensure I was taken care or. Highly recommend.
