Difficult to get appt (months in advance) and then appt gets postponed because doctor has a procedure to do. Had to wait 4 months to see him.

I am so thankful we saw Dr. Liu. We came as a second opinion because we had a bad experience with the previous ENT we saw and this was LIGHTYEARS better! I feel so relieved for the first time.

Dr Liu had my son Adenoids surgery. We waited in waiting room for the surgery 3 hours. My son is 6 years and he was in fast from the night before. He was starving. the surgery was at 12:30! After surgery my son suffered from stiffed neck for 4 days. At the beginning he could not move his head from the neck pain. In addition he suffer from horrible smell from his nose that last about a week long.

If I could give Dr Liu 100 stars, I would. He was so attentive, patient and professional from our first meeting through my sons surgery for ear tubes and adenoid removal. Not only is he the best at his craft, he's kind and personable too. The absolute best...hands down.
