Very rude and unprofessional, I had a conversation with him, he even started trying to figure out (tried to guess) how much I make every year and if I can afford some very expensive stuff, excuse me, is this related to medical care? Then I questioned him, he yelled at me. This is not even a joke. I am not if he is mentally healthy. Please avoid him if you can choose.

I had a terrible encounter with Dr. Lee on 98point6. This is a follow-up to another visit with a different doctor. Due to a miscommunication, I went through tremendous trouble to get a lab report which turned out to be unusable. I thus complained during the follow-up visit with Dr. Lee, in a quite factual way. He then requested a video call and went on for a 3 min rant against me. He ranted about how there was nothing he could do because that's how medicine is practiced, etc. The only thing I didn't know was that the lab test needed to be from last month (which could have been directly clarified when I mentioned I had a test from last Nov. and a result of the previous visit). I did not need a speech to be educated. And when I finally had the chance to speak, he would cut me off. Completely unprofessional to shout at patients. I don't know if he had a bad day or what, but if he can't isolate that from his professional conduct, he should probably consider a different career choice..
