Excellent
Dr Moloney took the time to explain what we were going to do! She was the first person i saw when i woke up and she was smiling ear to ear! She explained everything to me and my daughter about what she did and what the future holds for me and whats expected by her! I have total faith in her and her staff, if i message they get back to me that day. To sum it up i love her and her staff!

Dr. Moloney was nice
Average. Due to my accident, (not automobile related) I saw her from my hospital referral. She was quite nice, and engaging. I liked her as a person. HOWEVER I needed Family Medical Leave paperwork to be off of work, and her staff sent my employer paperwork that included my siblings medical history! This is totally unacceptable! I am a 30 year HR Director at the company where I requested the paperwork. Gratefully, I did not suffer any negative consequences, BUT, if this happened to anyone else, it could have been disastrous. There is NO excuse for this. Additionally, she would not order pain medicine for me, and so I went to my PCP who was able to monitor my use of pain medicine, and know that I was not abusing my use of it. Ever! I would prefer to go to any other top doctor in the field.

Surgery
Dr. Moloney created a patient centered surgical plan with her resident when I met with her in clinic. She was professional and personable and explained everything thoroughly. She was easy to talk to and answered all my questions. I could not be happier with my experience.

I was in a catastrophic accident where I was T Boned. 50 plus fractures just in my hip and pelvis. This woman is amazing. I can’t believe anyone could give a poor review but I guess some people just live for writing poor reviews. I am going to need a hip replacement over time and maybe other surgeries. Dr Moloney is the only person that I’ll allow to work on me.

My wife was in a horrible auto accident and ended up with a pilon fracture. Dr. Moloney has been nothing short of amazing in taking care of my wife. God forbid anything every happens to myself or my family in the future, Dr. Moloney is the ONLY person I would turn to. We can not thank her enough. I would disregard the one star reviews, they simply are not accurate.

Being inexperienced, I didn’t know what to expect from a broken bone. Dr. Moloney spent about 90 seconds with me, telling me that I would be fitted for a boot and that I would need a follow up appointment in 2 weeks. I asked if the immense pain would subside soon, to which she recommended taking aspirin. I felt as though I was shamefully attempting to solicit drugs from a police officer! My leg from toe to mid calf is completely black&blue. I experience too much pain to sleep. No empathy. Smug.

We were visiting Pittsburgh from another state when my wife fell and fractured her hip. We cannot say enough about the care given us by Dr. Gele Moloney. Not sure things could have gone better. She also arranged for follow-up care once we got back to Richmond. This is a top notch individual! Special kudos to all the folks at Mercy Hospital!!!
