Doesn’t Advocate For Patients
would not recommend this doctor to anyone. She does not advocate for her patients. I asked her to send a prior authorization form to my insurance company for a low dose birth control pill that wasn’t covered. When I called my insurance company to see if they received a phone call or documentation, they stated they hadn’t. I reached out to Dr. Ibraham and she stated she did in fact send the information over. This happened THREE different times and each time she kept stating oh, they are not going to approve it, but I will send it over again anyway. Not only was she extremely rude about it, but she lied to me. It wasn’t until I the office manager that she finally sent the form over. There is absolutely no generic formula of this pill and there is no other pill on the market that is the same dose. I explained to the doctor that I am sensitive to the hormones, which is why I needed the low dose prescription and told her to please let my insurance company know. She did not.

a woman came out and told me that I was not going to be seen by the doctor today because I was "rude and disrespectful" towards the staff and was asked to leave. I'm sure that I was not the only person who had felt uncomfortable coming into this office however I am not one to sit back and stay quiet. I'm writing this review to alert anyone and everyone of this business and how careless they are being in the middle of a pandemic. It's scary to think about how many people these girls could have unknowingly exposed every single day they work without wearing masks. You would think that a DOCTORS OFFICE during a WORLDWIDE PANDEMIC would care about the health and safety of their patients and make that their absolute TOP PRIOITY. I'm honestly glad I did not receive any care from them because seeing how they are handling the pandemic, I can't imagine how their quality of care is.

Didn’t actually meet with Dr Ibrahim but met with a nurse practitioner Christina. 5 stars to Christina and the woman that sits at the very front and on the (patients side) right. There is one attendee that comes off very impatient, seems to hold a glare, and I overheard her complaining about how people are stupid and don't listen and as a patient that's some really negative energy to be exposed to when in a vulnerable state. I suppose some people have their own things going on but some semblance of professionalism and dropping your own drama at the door to pick up good bedside manner as a health practitioner is equally important as knowledge.

She is a very pleasant and kind doctor. Dr. Ibrahim takes the time to answer all of your questions and concerns. The office receptionist always try to accommodate me with an appointment at last minute. No annoying wait time. I love this office.

Very sketchy billing practices and little to no follow up. They are more interested in billing your insurance for as many appointments, tests, ultrasounds, and procedures as possible than patient well being.
