Dr Zhu is knowledgeable and took the time to answer my questions. The scheduling was booked way out initially but because of a waitlist system I was able to be seen right away. Mychart and providence apps are a bit confusing but if consolidated if is extremely convenient.

Dr. Zhu was very professional, made me feel comfortable and was personable. It is unfortunate that it takes so long to get in as a new patient. Other than waiting for 9 months for the new patient appointment, the process was smooth.
