Best doctor for sports related injuries!
Dr. Franck is one of those doctors that really cares about his patients. He is helping me through my knee injury while providing me with alternative ways to maintain my sports exercises. He identified the issue, sent me for tests to confirm, and he was spot on. I am grateful that I have him as my doctor. Both in-office and Telehealth visits were exceptional.

Dr. Frank is a true professional my visit with him a very pleasant. He’s very informative and helps me to understand how to weather how to keep on track with my daily activity and exercise regime. He is very professional and his staff is nurses from Brittany Marie, and Dana are amazing.

Barely saw the doctor....
It took a couple of months to get an appointment. I was told the doctor was a general orthopedist. When I arrived, they did x rays quickly. I found out Dr. Franck is a hip doctor- I did specify the location of my discomfort. My pain has been in my back and buttocks area so I figured I would discuss part of my problem. I waited for a long time in the room and finally some other doctor comes in. He was probably an intern or PA. He was the one that did the exam and asked the questions. I gave him a report from when I hurt myself 10 years ago and he kept asking if this was recent. The doctor finally came in and spent about 5 minutes with me. He gave me another prescription for physical therapy which I asked for and sent me on my way. My main complaint is that no one told me that some other doctor would be doing the exam. I have always been asked for consent at other hopital facilities. This is a bad practice especially when you wait so long to see someone- not a good experience.

Dr Franck had a wonderful disposition and therefore, a great bedside manner. He was very knowledgeable and the ok the time to explain and answer all my questions. He made me feel very comfortable and that he cared about my medical issues. Would highly recommend Dr Franck to anyone needing his services.

Dr Franck has incredible bedside manner and a true sense of urgency. From our first visit Dr Franck has exceeded my expectations and has offered sound medical advice for my surgery and subsequent recovery. I appreciate him and this practice very much.

Dr. Franck is exceptional at his job and truly cares for his clients. When I injured my knee, Dr. Franck quickly determined the extent of the damage and made a plan for recovery. In less than a month, thanks to Dr. Franck's direction and care, my knee feels normal again. I couldn't recommend Dr. Franck any more.
