Dr. Gayatri Nair, MD

Have had infection since August 2022. First visit w/Nair, recommendation was to see ENT and have her do cultures, Second visit was to review ENT run cultures. Although two variation of bacteria now found, her recommendation was to eat more honey and definitely pushing to see allergist. Here I am several months later and infection now spread to eyes and cellulitis has set in. When I called against my better judgment but feeling desperate, cannot even be put on a schedule until such time as she has the opportunity to review another doctor's notes. No one even questioned my symptoms and provided assistance in any way. Doctors who handle their patients this way should not hold this title.

Saw Dr. Nair last year due to infection since August 2022. First visit, just a recommendation to see my ENT which I did. ENT ran labs and cultures. Second visit w/.Nair basically to review results of tests ENT conducted. Kept pushing for allergist, nothing to be done with bacteria and suggested eating more honey!??...A few weeks ago, developed eye infection now w/Orbital cellulitis. Eye doctor prescribed antibiotics which did not work. Just called Dr. Nair's office (against my gut but feeling desperate) and in spite of progression of infection, would not put me on schedule unless eye doctor's records received and reviewed by Nair (no info on how long this may take!?). So basically a patient's word is worthless even in a circumstance of an infection getting worse! Do NOT ever see this doctor!...and that should not be her title!
