This doctor was assigned to me to monitor my PCOS after the wonderful physician that I was seeing left the practice. I gave her 3 visits to transition. At this last visit she told me that she wasn’t doing much for me and wouldn’t, and that continuing to schedule with her was a waste of her time and that she had patients with actual illnesses that couldn’t get in because I took their appointment slot. She has no bedside manner and is abrasive when you ask questions or push back on anything. If you have PCOS, don’t waste your time seeing Dr. Jaiswal because in her opinion you don’t have a real disease and you just have to live with all of the symptoms you are experiencing.

Would not recommend!
Would absolutely not recommend this doctor for Type 1 diabetic care. Her Jefferson Hospital office took weeks to prescribe insulin needed to switch over to an insulin pump, resulting in not being able to fully set up the pump during the training visit. Slow to send in insulin refills constantly. Office did not have any bottles available, either. This office then let the patient leave the training visit while bleeding out, after trying to put on a sensor while on blood thinners. When requesting an increase in the insulin prescription, had to go in for another visit, where this doctor proceeded to snap at the patient (without raising her voice) for a good few minutes, not addressing the patient's issue, and being incredibly rude, unfriendly and unhelpful. Patient was friendly with the nurse and calm with the doctor while she was going on her rant, asked for his issue to be addressed, and the doctor told him he would need to find another diabetes doctor, then left to get her office mngr.

I saw Dr. Jaiswal for Hypothryroidism, diagnosed by my women's health provider, who started me on synthroid. My TSH level was out of the normal range & I had many symptoms. Seeing her, she told me that if I had seen her first, she wouldn't have even started the synthroid, that my level wasn't far enough out of normal range to treat. She said hypothyroid people just feel bad & it never gets better. I had researched legitimate websites; she was angry, offended & defensive that I was proactive.

I did not have a good experience with this doctor. In all of my visits, she came through the door a few feet and stopped never coming anywhere near me. I thought doctors were supposed to examine you up close? Strange! She also talked over me and yelled at me for checking my blood glucose too often. My PCP is taking better care of my Diabetes now than she ever did.

Awful, rude, disrespectful, degrading...I will never go back to her again. Had 2 appointments scheduled and she cancelled both forcing me to reschedule. Finally at my follow up appointment and she was by far the rudest doctor I have ever dealt with. Does not listen. Talks over you and is extremely insulting. I will never go back to this doctor. Waste of time and money.

I’ve been living with Hashimoto’s disease for 2 yrs because this “doctor” wouldn’t listen to me & then literally threw the list of symptoms that I had carefully written out, back in my face and said “I’m not going to diagnose you with something just because you want it.“ I finally found somebody who listened, drew ALL the blood labs, did a sonogram of my thyroid (which, BTW - I have a nodule on that needs monitoring & probably wouldn’t even be there if she had DONE HER JOB. Avoid her!

Definitely one of the kindest & most informative doctors I’ve ever been to!! the office staff was fantastic! & Dr Jaiswal listened with compassion & concern & answered every one of our 20+ questions ?? she then give me several different options & opinions, & at the end was very open to what “ I choose” to proceed with ...could not have asked for a better doctor ... Thank you!

I am a Type 1 Diabetic. After much searching and frustration, I was sent to Dr. Jasiwal. She immediately got me set up for an insulin pump....something I've been trying to get for years. She listened to my concerns and answered all of my questions. I felt very comfortable talking to her.

If you have thyroid problems do not waste your time seeing this doctor. I saw her for a year and a half (4 visits). She does not listen to your concerns and doesn't care how you feel. She will tell you that your symptoms are not thyroid related even when your levels are off. She spent about 5 minutes or less with me each visit. It was a complete waste of time seeing her. I left in tears after my last visit and will never go back. Respect yourself enough to stay far away from this doctor!
