Dr. Gavin is highly knowledgeable about my rare disease and is an active listener. He is nonjudgmental and compassionate. Dr. Gavin is brilliant and very generous with his time. Dr. Chartier has strong faith in God. He is very patient. I am debilitated from pain but Dr. Chartier has to work within the limits of his company which is structurally flawed. However, he has caring staff such as Megan, Brittany, Stephanie and others who work very hard in trying to help patients as the government increasing imposes more limitations on the care of chronically ill patients. He is one of the best doctors I have ever encountered.

I used to really like Dr. Chartier. He listened, he took my complaints serious, he ran needed tests, I trusted him with several injections, he was my Doctor for many many years. He abandoned me... Something I never thought would happen.

I have been with Dr Chariter since he open his practice at Good Sam. He is a very caring and knowledgeable Dictor. He has helped me so many times when my back was unbearable. I will always recommend Dr. Charter to anyone who needs a doctor for pain management.

Dr Chartier is a good pain management doctor, he listens and is caring. If you've tried a few different pain management doctors, you will realize this very quickly with him. I've been with him for almost 3 years and hope to be with him many more years. The Southern Indiana area is VERY limited in "GOOD" pain management doctors and he is definitely in that category. He has switched/moved offices, 3 times. I'm treated for a chronic pain condition. Dr Chartier is a Christian

Gavin is signed with different drug companies and either has a medicine that doesn’t even work or the shots that you have to have via outpatient surgery don’t last as long as they say for the type of pain I have. Staff is rude. Act like everyone is a drug addict. Nope just human with a bad body.

This doctor and his staff are rude and uneducated. They have poor bedside manner and cannot take care of health concerns in a timely manner.

Finally a doctor who understands, will listen, educate and is willing to discuss my desires for treatment. I found him easy to talk to and he was very knowledgeable about my illness, an illness not many doctors have experience with. His office staff are friendly and have responded to my phone in questions promptly.

I have recommended folks to see the Dr. That's how much faith I have for the Dr. As a man as well a physician. Dr. Gavin has helped me out in so many ways medically and surgically. I can say with certainty he is one of the most educated Dr.s I have had the pleasure to meet. As long as your open and Honest with this man he will go out of his way to help. It's been a pleasure to be his patient for 8 years. He has changed the quality of my life in times when I actually questioned it. W. McIntyre
