While beginning to draw blood I requested that she use the veins in my hands because the ones in my arms are next to impossible to use. She proceeded to tie off my right arm poked around and couldn't find a vein. On her second try, the same. On her third try she actually hit something hard inside my arm. She then took off the tie and reached for my hand, got the blood flowing.

Dr. Tanouye needs to be coaching and mentoring other physicians on how to provide holistic and compassionate! He is the best doctor I have ever had, so attentive, knowledgeable, extremely kind and supportive. I drive over 20 miles to see him, and it's always worth it
