I have been using Berkshire Pediatrics for over 8 years. I absolutely love this office. When we cannot get in with our doctor for a sick visit I never mind seeing any of the other doctors in the office. They are beyond support and understanding.

We love the way Dr. Shalan reads studies and stays current on pediatric research. His approach is very balanced; he listens, offers his recommendation, and works with us if our preferences differ from his advice. He seems objective and offers evidence based care while still adjusting and tweaking to fit our specific needs. We'd definitely recommend him.

He wrongly diagnosed reflux in my son. (2 month old). Had to go to another doctor (private practice) after which my son was diagnosed with reflux and is now doing great with the right medication and approach. I felt like he was and had a know it all mentality and treated myself and my wife wrongly due to us being first time parents. He was unprofessional and showed his frustration outwards in routine check ups and when we called in with questions. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND HIM.
