After returning to Fairhope, I sought out Dr. Nelson to serve as my OBGYN. I have always received excellent care from Medical Park. I find Dr. Nelson and the nurses to be articulate, humorous, and kind. They put me at ease during times of uncertainty and pain. I find that I can speak candidly and honestly due to the sincerity and intelligence presented by Dr. Nelson and staff.

I’ve had both my kids with doctor Nelson as my doctor. He’s great! He never fails to answer any questions I may have or any concerns.

I absolutely loved Dr. Nelson. He helped me through my first pregnancy that ended in a miscarriage over 4 years ago. He then delivered my daughters who are now 3 and 2. My husband and I looked forward to every visit knowing that our babies were being looked after well and we'd always be greeted with kindness. We now live in San Antonio and I'm looking for a new OB/GYN but no one compares to Dr. Nelson in my mind. I wish I could fly him out to Texas for the next 9 months!

Any time I have an emergency need or just routine needs I am able to get same day appointments. Dr. Nelson always explains things in detail and has multiple options available to resolve any issues I am experiencing. He is always very thorough and I have seen his high expectations from his nurses and he never excepts anything less. I am pleased each visit.
