Dr. GARY MOSKOWITZ is one of the best doctors & staff I have experienced in my life. I was extremely fortunate to find such a professional. I would not be so happy & have a quality of life I never thought was possible without him & his wonderful staff. The staff has very kind hands / personal touch when handling patients, it’s Awesome. I do greatly look forward to seeing them whenever I have an appointment. Gary is much more than a Doctor he takes time to talk to his patients about their lives / concerns / everything & anything. We have followed Dr. Moskowitz from Plainview, Syosset and to Woodbury. He is and always has been patient and willing to spend time discussing any and all concerns we have about our health and well being. He has a broad base of knowledge that extends beyond any one speciality. His vast experience enables him to provide us with insights into possible health issues. To that end, he is the first call we make when we are not feeling well. We highly recommend him.

In my opinion Dr. Moskowitz is stunningly incompetent, seeming to care more about giving patients long winded diatribes on whatever pops into his head, be it political or otherwise, than in actually providing decent medical care to the patient. His office is filthy and frankly, the doctor himself looks like an unmade bed. If you don't know what's wrong with you when you go in, he offers no help nor does he give any insight. He doesn't follow up on medical tests and doesn't return phone calls. Would give negative stars if possible, he's the worst doctor I've ever seen.

Dr. Moskowitz seems to care more about ranting debunked right wing conspiracy and other crackpot theories than in providing health care to his patients. The office looks unkempt & dirty and takes few covid protections, like taking temperatures.

Did not give me the proper medication for the infection I have. Called him 2 times for a new prescription. 2 weeks later still in pain and sick. Went to urgent care and they told me the infection was terrible and the medication he prescribed me was never going to help my issue.

I have been seeing Dr. Moskowitz for years. The best bedside manner you could get. He needs to be more hands on, but somehow solves what issues you may have. He is the old school doc who made house calls!

My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Moskowitz for over 20 years. He is a thorough and incredibly intelligent diagnostician. He answers all of my questions and has no problem when I ask one more when we are about to walk out. I have recommended to family who always have something to say about every doctor they see and they had no complaints. I understand appointment times are limited, but I understand it is because of hospital rounds. When I was in the hospital under a different specialist’s care, he stopped by my room and asked if I had any questions. He is not a “treat them and street them” kind of doctor.

I have been seeing Dr. Moskowitz for the last seven years and I would absolutely recommend him to family and friends. It is an excellent facility and excellent staff. Everyone there is passionate about their work and are very kind and helpful. They all demonstrate the right attitude towards their patients, allowing them to feel cared for and comfortable in a peaceful environment.

Dr has limited hours, does not fully diagnose or suggest follow up appointments. 57 yo woman went to see him for a cough he handed me an inhaler. I tried to go back as condition worsening and could not get an appointment and Genese front desk receptionist said if he has time he will call you back but has hospital rounds. So rude ! By the time I got off the call (2nd call in to doctor) I had a coughing attack. Worst doctor in Syosset. I've been resident for 30 years prior doctor retired .

This doctor does not care about you. Good at giving basic prescriptions. He does nothing proactive for long term care, if you don't tell him what you want he won't suggest anything and will be perfectly content letting you go on for years without medication another doctor would have suggested.
