EXCELLENT!
First time patient. Absolutely no wait time. Entire staff is professional. I was referred to Dr. Millard by my PCP for cyst on my finger. After diagnosis, Dr. Millard performed aspiration to drain fluid from cyst. Painless! Entire visit took less than 45 minutes. Will definitely return if any further treatment is needed. Thanks to all!

Consultation on wrist with torn ligament and arth.
Dr Millard was an excellent communicator, he had reviewed the history and provided a plan of action which includes an up coming surgery. Both the consultation and now the surgery were scheduled in a very timely manner.

Dedicated Physician
Dr. Millard is one of the best physicians I have ever met. He has provided me with tremendous help in repairing my elbow. For any issues related to extremities, I wouldn't see anyone else. He has an excellent bedside manner and genuinely respects and cares for his patients.

Not sure what happened
Not sure what the diagnosis was, not sure on future treatment either. Went for answers, got a shot and “see me in a month if it still hurts”. Not the best experience.

trigger finger treatment
Appreciated doctor's 'to the point' diagnosis and suggested treatment. If the corticosteroid injection gets to the point, the easily-scheduled time-effective appointment was 100% a winner.

Had an issue with my hand and he suggested a shot which I am squeamish when it comes to needles, so I said no. What I like about Dr. Millard is he does not force you to do anything that you don’t want him to do. Ultimately I ended up going back and getting the shot so I can get relief. I should’ve done that on the first visit. He is an excellent doctor, and I would recommend him to anyone.

Poor.
I would go elsewhere if you are looking for someone who actually cares. Poor bedside manner. Unhelpful when explaining what’s actually going on. No follow thru, could care less about how you are feeling and what’s actually going on. Stated he would send a prescription to the pharmacy and did not. Didn’t even have the decency to explain what medication was even being prescribed. As someone who is paying out of packet, it has been a complete waste of time and i will not be returning. Not even sure how he charts or remembers anything in regards to his patients since he never once even wrote down any of my symptoms regarding my condition. Orthoneuro is horrible! Will not return or recommend.

Dr Millard ordered several items for treatment, but did not tell me about any of the orders, nor did he explain why they were necessary for my particular issue and/or how they would help me. At a follow up appointment, he spent less than one minute with me and didn't discuss any further treatments or options. Basically, I was dismissed and told to 'come back if it starts hurting again'. Worst medical experience I have ever had.
