Excellent surgeon….
Timely consult, answered questions, drew pictures to explain, discussed options, and was able to operate on my husband’s shoulder within one week! All went excellent! Fantastic addition to Vero Cleveland Clinic!

my initial assessment for a consultation, nursing staff and xray techs are great ,efficient, not kept long and everyone moves along freely. I met Dr Harter he was though,percise,and answered all questions along with his PA Matt. I will give another review once I'm out of the Shamokin hospital oct 15

He did a partial shoulder replacement (2 yrs ago) on me and put the wrong size in and i had to have a complete shoulder replacement to correct his mistake.
