Was there for 3 hours on my lunch break. Had to leave and then come back to finish my physical. I was there another 3 hours. The worst office/doctor ever. Has no concern for our time.

Not Trustworthy- Misdiagnosis
I was under Dr. Goff's care for 2 years. He proved to be reckless in prescribing unnecessary medications. I walked into his clinic after being under the care of Dr. Emeritus at Stanford Medical. I am a healthy person, athletic with no medications prescribed. In short order, Dr. Goff prescribed me over 6 medications, all unnecessary, just to keep the patient coming and overbill insurance: follow-ups, unnecessary new tests. The follow-ups were to read me lab results but upon arrival, I find that the staff didn't even request a copy of my lab; my visit was in vain except my insurance was billed not to mention over an hour wait each time. The doctor doesn't share side effects of meds with patients. I lost trust in him after he diagnosed that I needed surgery. I resisted for a year, he then ordered a Scan test which showed I didn't need any surgery. I could have lost serious quality of life had I listened. I also stopped all his meds and feel great. He is not trustworthy. Avoid.

VERY LIKELY
Dr.Goff took care of me in his earlier days at what was once ST.PAUL MEDICAL CENTER, he correctly diagnosed me when I was misdiagnosed at another hospital the day before, had he not made the right call, I wouldn't be here today. Dr.Goff I appreciate all you did for me many years ago, and I'm happy to see that you're still doing GREAT!!!

I concur with many of the other reviews here. The staff is unfriendly and unresponsive. They often do not answer the phone, do not return voicemails, do not return emails in their portal. Twice they picked up the phone and hung up on me. I never got a call about my blood work. I even wrote the Dr on LinkedIn and told him all this - no response.

They moved to a larger office and wait time is minimal to what it use to be, staff is friendly and professional. Blood work is done in thier office no longer having to wait at another lab to get blood drawn.

Dr Goff is the best personal care physician I have had in the last 10 years. He is wonderful, and every time I go in there, he fixes up what I need. It's easy to get into his office, the appointments are available if you need them immediately, his staff is wonderful, and they even have a little Pharmacy connected with his office where you can get your prescriptions. I recommend Dr Goff to all of my friends. I would go there for anything that I needed. Thanks, Dr Goff!

Recently switched to Dr. Goff . His NP was amazing, and listened to all of our concerns. Dr. Goff has answered ALL of my questions when needed, even following up via text on weekends when I had concerns. He is very thorough, and explains everything in depth. I also like the fact he is available ANYTIME I have issues that are concerning. He makes it very easy! I would recommend Dr. Goff to anyone wanting a personal touch to your medical care!

I usually don't write reviews but I feel compelled to write this one. I have never experienced a more unprofessional doctor. As many of the reviews have stated the wait times at his office is a problem, the last two times I was there I waited over hour in an exam room without ever being seen. The last time I finally left and merely sent him a text to let him know that I had waited an hour without being seen and had to leave for an appointment. He was nice enough to call later that evening to follow up. What transpired next was shocking. He was very defensive said it was normal for someone to wait over an hour and that if I wanted to be seen on a timely fashion I should get a concierge doctor and he no longer wanted to see me as a patient. All I really expected was sorry you had to wait but instead I got very defensive, angry and combative response.

My family all sees Dr. Goff. My mother started seeing Dr. Goff first about 15 years ago. My daughter has had several back issues. We visited multiple physicians throughout the city, and tried multiple procedures to no avail, but Dr. Goff was the first physician to get my daughter accepted in the Mayo clinic, which turned out to be life changing. Many get frustrated if they have to wait before an appointment. I understand this, and I have had to wait on occasion at his office as well, but I would much rather have a doctor that is willing to take the time to speak to me when something is wrong rather than the typical physician that allots you 5 minutes and barely takes the time to notice you exist. Dr Goff will give you the attention you need, regardless of time, and I recommend and trust him 100%.

Dr. Goff is an excellent doctor. He explains everything to you. He uses the Boston Blood Panel for an in-depth evaluation of your health. Gives you info about possible future diseases, as well as current problems to be corrected. Quality care. If you are interested in achieving good health, follow this doctor's directions. The worse doctor's office I have ever dealt with. They can't get anything done correctly but they can definitely sell you (just like a used car salesmen) whatever equipment or procedures they can make extra money on. The staff is rude and incompetent. They can't even find my CT scan order in their system but when I call the diagnostic imaging center, they have a copy of the order with his name on it. His wife / office manager doesn't know how to deal with patients but she has a lot of time to come and talk to us about selling one of their procedures. The staff puts you on hold over 15 mines and never pick up. When I call back, they are rude and non apologetic about their behavior. Also their lab has sent me an invoice of $3800 for a routine yearly check up and apparently the office manager / his wife says it's a mistake somebody will call me in a few minutes but of course it's been hours and body has called to fix this issue. Bottom line, STAY AWAY from this office. All the ba

Dr. Goff is one of the finest doctors I have known in my 75 year history. He is extremely bright and expresses himself very well. He answers every question you have and is not afraid to go out of the box to find remedies. His network of specialists is extensive. His practice is stable and he is outstanding. Sometimes his staff doesn't coordinate as well as it should, but his office manager is responsive and everything is taken care of. I've been going to Dr. Goff for about 7 years, but have moved away. I wish I could still have him. He will always fit you in as soon as he can, which is quite fast. You don't find that in many doctors offices. Where I am now I have to wait 2 months to see even a P.A. His office is going through growing pains, but you couldn't want a better doctor.

My wife and I love Dr. Goff. We started with him with numerous problems. He immediately took charge and became our Quarterback. If a specialists was required he sent us there. We found it most interesting that all specialists we visited had very good things to say about Gary Goff. No one will read this as it won't be posted. Yelp is only interested in the complainers.

I have had 2 visits with this Dr. and already leaving his practice . Cannot get a response from any form of messages left with this practice. Very poorly run office. Patients deserve more than 10 minutes of time. I do not mind waiting for over an hour and a half if I know that I will have all of the attention that I need but really 10 minutes and all of my problems are still not addressed. NO THANKS!!!!!

I have been going to Dr. Goff for about 3 years. Since the beginning, the office has been disorganized and I end up calling over and over to get my results. Another thing that confuses me is that Dr. Goff never physically examines you when you go in for a visit. I am wondering if this is something new??? He is quite knowledgeable. I loved Sissy since she was hands on and would actually examine you and even call you regarding any questions you might have. She is no longer there.
