My son was schedule for Surgery. I was advised by the office that he would be the first one as they go by the youngest to the oldest. When registering at the hospital they advised the clinic had submitted the list and he was number four. It was already 10:00 a.m. and my son had not been seen. My son is two years old and he was asking for food. I asked the nurse the statues and they told me it would not be another hour until he would be seen. I advised that is not what they told me at the clinic

Very bad experience every time I come here. The waiting time is a joke. You would think they know what they are doing but they do not!! Office is not clean at all. Staff is not friendly at all.
