I was in the office for 2 hours and 15 minutes for a standard checkup. For 1 hour and 50 minutes of that time I was left alone waiting. Dr. Carothers was working several patients at a time. When I got home I saw that my prescription was illegible and called to clarify the numbers. The person on the phone could not tell me because Dr. Carothers chooses not to enter these numbers in their database. Unacceptable.
