Poor Bedside Manner
Very poor bedside manner. Did not introduce himself or make conversation. Did not seem interested in what I had to say. Did not smile or make me feel welcomed. Felt like I was talking to a robot. Did not provide any education or clarity to my condition. His neuro exam felt professional and thorough but the lack of communication and bedside manner is game ender. I really feel like I wasted my time going to him. Cannot recommend and will not go back.

Dismissive Doctor and Disorganized Staff
Garth Tuner took two seconds to evaluate me, made an informed decision that nothing was wrong in that timeframe, and followed up with a prescription to receive an MRI once I complained. He and his staff failed to send the referral to the imaging place, so after a very long wait for the appointment to receive the MRI, it was canceled at the last minute for their incompetency. When I called to ask for clarification of what was the hold on sending the referral, no one had an adequate answer. I literally heard the words, 'I do not know why it was not sent. It should have been sent but it was not.' Why do we keep these types of people in practice when their emotional intelligence capabilities, humane concerns, and attentiveness are nowhere to be found? Becoming a practicing professional should take more than just knowing about a part of the body. Useless.

Will not go back
Very poor experience with Dr. Turner... at least I assume it was Dr. Turner! He entered the room without a white coat & never introduced himself. Never looked at my face. Was uninterested in my history. Got annoyed when I couldn't lay on the right side ( due to a 2 month old shoulder replacement, which I told him about- 2x) Gave basic diagnosis, but did not answer any questions. Will NOT return.

Bizzarre experience
Never had a visit. I called and held for 30 minutes or more, four times during normal business hours. Left message and got no return call.. Either his office is poorly staffed or perhaps Dr. Turner is no longer practicing. Either way, that's not confidence inspiring.

My experience was very bad. He gave no preliminary instructions or said what he intended to do, he just said put this gown on and lie down. He refused to answer any questions, just kept saying "That's not helpful information. I've done thousands of these." HIs staff was a surly young woman who wasn't interested at all. I finally walked out.

WORST doctor I have ever been to! Horrible bedside manner and waste of my time!!! His medical assistant was also very rude and he had nothing to say about it! He also pretty much tried to pawn me off to another facility and when asked him what do they do differently, he had no clue. I have never met a doctor that knows nothing about what another neurologist does. Also his bio says he specializes in migraines, but he didn't try to figure out anything with me. DO NOT SEE HIM!!! He should be fired!

One of the worst experiences I have had with a doctor. Condescending and not surprisingly, incorrect in his "nothing is wrong with you" diagnosis. Thank God for second opinions.

He was concerned about my comfort all during an extensive EMG exam, and explained much of what he was doing and why he was doing it. He seemed to be in no hurry, and was willing to answer my questions.

Poor practcioner. Told me I didn't have a stroke but he could not figure out what was going on. Take an asprin a day then call if you have any problems. Worthless if you are not having a brain explosion.
