I have had one virtual visit and one in-office visit. Both went well and I felt that my concerns were listened to and addressed adequately. I hope it will be easier to make a more timely appointment with time. Covid seems to have affected the medical system in the long term.

My husband and I have been going to Dr. Ganguly since she came to Spokane and we have nothing but good things to say about her. She is a kind, caring physician who has always listened to our concerns and acted promptly. In an emergency we can always get an appointment, if not with her, then with one of the excellent PA's in her office. I am very satisfied with her follow up - she will actually call you herself (if there is need), to see how you are getting along.

I have been seeing Dr. Ganguly for about 9 months now since my previous physician retired. I have been very impressed with her. She is very thorough, very knowledgeable and very proactive, all qualities I appreciate in a physician. My husband feels the same (as she is his physician as well). I recommend her most highly.

While Dr. Ganguly was pleasant on the intital visit, our experience in overseeing the care of our 96 year old mother has been less than stellar. On two recent occasions, Dr. Ganguly’s office did not respond to 3 separate messages left following an emergency room visit for a compression fracture. This resulted in delayed admission to a skilled nursing facility; no follow-up appointment scheduled and interrupted access to pain medication.
