Unprofessional
We were referred by my husband's primary doctor for his vasectomy. We started our journey in March and still have not had the procedure 100% done. We got rescheduled from May to October! Then he only got one side done! Blamed it on my husband being a big guy. Sure fine but then had the guts to tell me to put my husband on a diet! Then he said we will have to reschedule the other side some time. I told him we have been at this since March and he told us well i will try to get you in by the end of the year. That was three weeks ago. We have been trying to schedule it and the lovely ladies at CHI finally had to deal with me. I have requested another doctor or we are going to Des Monies where we have friends getting them done in a months time. Save your time and find a different doctor!!!!

My mother has been waiting for two weeks now for a return phone call about setting up a surgery she needs to remove kidney stones. She's called multiple times with no response and has now given up to see someone else.

My husband was seen by Dr Meyer after a trip to the emergency room for Urinary Retention. He had a catheter in place for 8 days by the time he was seen by Dr Meyer. As the saying goes first impression is everything. Dr Meyer chose not to shake our hands when introducing himself to us, he stated that he was a germaphobic. We felt that was very rude. His bedside manners are non existent. His tone of speaking was as if he was only there because it's his job. Didn't make us feel welcome at all. As soon as we walked out of his office we knew he was not the Dr for us. I don't know what his medical capabilities are because he didn't even recommend a followup visit after removing the catheter, just told us what he couldn't do at the time of this visit. I don't think he even deserve one star, but since he was the first available Dr to see he gets one star for that. Come to think of it, his attitude is probably why he was the first available. I definitely would not recommend Dr Meyer to anyone!

This should of been posted years ago. Our adult son was treated for kidney stones. He went to see Dr in the office 1 or 2 times. He became so weak I had to call Dr. Dr response was, dose his mommy have to take care of him. We took him to the ER. Dr at the ER said if we didn’t bring him in he would’ve died. I was given all of ER paperwork was told to send it Dr Meyer. And turn him into the board. I sent it to Dr. Myers and regret I didn’t turn him in.

Dr. Meyer does not know side effects and remedies for medicine he prescribes, instead he sends you to a dermatologist, which cost us an additional $149.00. An ostomy nurse was well aware of the side effects of the medicine he was given.

Very difficult to speak to anyone or to get in to see the doctor. Had appointment but waited almost an hour in the room while Dr. is chatting and laughing in the hallway. Ha broken catheter and DR gave me another bag so I can replace it instead of his RN! He does not care nor does he take the time to explain what's going on but just want to keep medicating so he gets paid instead. Sad!
