Excellent care for my son with cardiac arrest. She visits when other doctors do not show. Very approachable and speaks in clear language the family can understand. She was one of the doctors instrumental in saving my son’s life. May Gods richly bless Dr McCracken’s life.

Dr. McCracken is known as being the best pulmonologist in the state of Arkansas. I cannot disagree with that statement. She is very caring. She makes me feel that I’m just not her patient, but her friend that she’s truly trying to save. I was diagnosed with pulmonary fibrosis almost 8 years ago. She has kept me alive by actually setting down some rules of what I should or should not be doing. I was wearing masks way before Covid even began. Why? Because it was the only way I could avoid catching a cold or perhaps the flu. She also did her homework to find a new drug OFEV, that was introduced to the world of medicine, to help slow the progression of PF down. It seems to be working. Where most people live three years with PF, I’m pushing year eight. That speaks volumes about Dr. McCracken. She’s a true lifesaver. As soon as Covid came into our country, she and I had our first Tele med appointment. It was then that she pretty much grounded me for the full year. It worked. I’m still here!

One of the worst pulmonologist for special needs patients! Runs when a patient needs them and forces early discharge even when it is not the best care for the patient. If you are a normal case she will probably be fine. If you have a special needs patient, RUN...like she did.

Concerned special needs patient in Little Rock, AR – Aug 09, 2018

I would give this doctor a ZERO if I had that option and I've not even gotten in the door. I've had FIVE appointments "bumped" ... though the number of days in a week, nor the number of hours in a day have changed. Repeated calls to their office garner lame excuses ("the doctors change their schedules all the time") as if a patient's health is so fluid! This doctor may be the best, but she shows an UNACCEPTABLE lack of concern & EXTREME LACK OF RESPECT for their time, and burden of their illness
