I recently relocated and had to leave the care of Dr. Lofness Steele after many years of her being my primary care dr. I want to tell anyone who is taking the time to research a primary care dr. that you could not be in better hands. She partnered with me on my health. She was there to advise and cheer me on and even get tough when I needed it. She is simply the best. I will miss many things about MN, but she is at the top of that list.

She was rude and has no bedside manner. We will never go back to her. My daughter was in pain and crying and she offered no support or sympathy. Didn't offer anything to help with the pain, either. What has happened to loving, caring doctors? I wouldn't give her 1 star, but 0 is not an option!
