Had a bicycle accident and totally broke my humeral head OFF. Because I had to wait a while to see a shoulder specialist I needed significant pain management. ER prescribed kinda high doses of narcotics (ocycodone) but hey, I had to wait almost 2 weeks with a broken shoulder. About 10 days in, I was about to run out so consulted my PCP, Dr. Azad. She said she “doesn’t believe in oxycodone” and prescribed ibuprofen Yes, ibuprofen! Then she didn’t even send in the prescription. I was in so much pain I was practically crying, had to go back to ER where they actually treated my pain again and asked why I didn’t go to my PCP. Told them the story. We’ll see what happens next but I’m also going to patient advocacy. This is why pain meds were invented. Worst Doctor Ever.

Waste of time and energy
Terrible! Dr Azad doesn’t seem to want too work for her patient but would rather work for her own and her colleagues best interest. I am deaf, but she is the one that doesn’t hear (or listen) too my concerns. I have requested another PCP.

Rude doctor
I’ve been a patient at this location since 2005 and I’ve never had any issues there until I got assigned to Dr Azad when Dr Schneidewind retired. She has shown no respect for my time or as me as a patient. My first appointment was a disaster. No people skills whatsoever. I felt like it was waist of my time going over everything that’s happened to me in the last 15 years that haven’t been issues in a long time. She wouldn’t even see me for my health issue in the same appointment so I had to make another appt and drive out there again! My second appointment , she wouldn’t see me because I came in 8 minutes late. I had an 8am appointment with a 30 minute drive in commute traffic. I only needed a referral to a specialist but she said she didn’t have time to assess me. I’m done with dealing with the horrible frustration that she has caused me. I will be getting a new doctor.

first visit - annual check up to "establish" relationship - $700 bill, and MANY phone calls later, $400 for nothing... wait to be repeated back what I told her. Nothing helpful. I went to Lincoln Urgent Care and got much better service

Horrible
I went to her as a new patient - and left feeling extremely disappointed. I had 2 fairly simple concerns and she failed to assist with either one - stating she had run out of time and couldn’t discuss anything further. She showed zero concern towards me as a patient - I felt like my visit was simply her attempt at filling a quota and she had zero interest in actually treating me or retaining me as a patient.

I could not be less disappointed. My first impression of Dr. Azad was that she is very kind. I told her about my rare condition and she actually showed empathy and told me she was so sorry for what I was going through. I felt she cared and gave me validation for what I am going through. Unfortunately, she then showed nothing but ignorance and inability to do her job. Every time anything was wrong she would blindly send me elsewhere but also want to schedule a follow up with her. Seeing her was always a waste of time and money. I finally went to her after multiple ED visits begging her for a stat referral to a specialist. I explained that all the ED would do is tell me to follow up with a specialist, but no one could get me in for months without a referral. She dismissed me and my urgent situation and told me to go to the ED again and they might refer me to a specialist. I begged her for help and she turned me away. Don’t worry, she still billed my insurance.

This doctor is arrogant and ignorant. She decided all of my sister's health problems are due to anxiety and refuses to investigate a shoulder injury because "it's anxiety." Then tried to claim she has a learning disability that is the underlying cause of everything (she does NOT have a learning disability.) I have accompanied my sister to her appointments and this doctor is unbelievably rude and only focuses on trying to force my sister to take pills. Would never recommend this doctor to anyone.
