Corporate for-profit provider
Am now being told that she cannot renew my prescriptions based on my annual physical. In order to review and renew my prescriptions, I need to schedule a separate visit. This visit cannot be billed as preventative care, so it will not be covered at 100%, and instead will go toward my (large) deductible. Apparently they cannot spend more than 10 minutes on a routine PE, and that can only consist of BP check, weight check, and feeling for gland inflammation. Any separate questions or concerns require an additional visit to be scheduled.

Patient for 5 years - never once came near me. Always stood on opposite side of the room mumbling into a microphone. Never answered a single question or addressed any concerns. Nearly impossible to get prescriptions refilled correctly.
