The staff is always rude, bordering on belligerent at times, they act like they are doing you a favor by speaking to you. I KNOW that they pass messages on when they feel like it, but it might be a day or so... the same with call backs. I am not a pushy person, at all— but I feel like I have to be just to get a call back- they make whatever my message is feel totally insignificant , and I ALWAYS feel like anytime I call, I am harassing them. I cannot honestly say there is a single person in that office that I would ever enjoy interacting with, aside from the Dr. Herself. If I did not adore the dr. I would never return to this place, and obviously never recommend it to anyone else.

×Post a ResponseAre you Dr. Bolton?
Dr Bolton is an excellent Doctor, however, it takes about 4 months to schedule an appt. this is for an annual Check up. For a sick visit, I have only been able to see a nurse or a p a. Due to the way this practice is managed, she has become almost inaccessible.
