Applying his raw vegan approach to diabetes, my numbers normalized and I remain non-diabetic as long as I remain compliant. During his green juice feasting my fbs dropped to 82-83. Miraculous results!

Dr. Cousens is running a scam medical practice. I know for a fact that at least 2 people have died under his care, one of them in 2017, which was covered up. If you see him as your "medical doctor", he will prescribe you upwards of $10,000 worth of supplements for a 1-month supply. Do not fall for the hype. Just because someone wrote a book, doesn't make them qualified to be in charge of your health. Steer clear.
