Approachable and warm
She was comforting and explained clearly why she was going to administer a particular kind anesthesia for my procedure. She is approachable and warm. I was very nervous and she had me smiling.

She made me feel so comfortable, as a nervous patient, put my IV in with barely a pinch, and had me laughing the whole time. She was the best - I wish every dr, specifically when inserting an iv, was like Dr. Fritz. I can't say enough positive things about her!
