Dr. Lewis is great, knowledgeable, patient and professional, but I had a Horrible experience taking my daughter for a routine test and questions yesterday at the Sparta office. The front desk Megan was EXTREMELY RUDE and made sure we felt totally unwelcome when entering the office. She refuses to answer simple questions about paperwork, about the procedure my daughter was going to have and even when questioned the name of the nurse that was supposed to see my daughter she acted like she was doing me a favor. She also refused to tell me her name when I said I need to talk to her supervisor. She also told my daughter after the 30min wait that her body temperature was too high so she had to reschedule her procedure, but when I questioned her about the temperature and said that I wanted to talk to the nurse, the supervisor came over and said that my daughter could be seeing promptly. So her temperature all of a sudden was not an issue anymore. Overall a terrible experience!!!

The Receptionists were very rude to a 37th week Pregnant lady. Reason: We called them and asked for 37th week scan prescription and they asked us to collect at hospital. When we went today, they asked us to wait for 15 min and took all the details and then they said that we don't have any prescription and she was very rude in responding to me.

Dr Lewis is awesome. We picked her because of where she's located and we got really lucky. She was on point every step of the way with our first child and we're about to have our second under her care. She's friendly and explains everything thoroughly. She provides support whenever needed, which was/is often with all the hormones. We trust her completely, which is never more important than with the person you chose to deliver your children.
