Dr. Jardan Freeman is only a good doctor when there is nothing wrong with your child. My son had bronchitis and he never made any suggestions on how to clear it up for my son. He is very rushed and acts as if you are just a fly on the wall. He lacks interpersonal skills and is overall not a good doctor. You will not feel as if he cares about your child. The staff there is beyond rude. You will wait hours to be seen, and you will wait while they talk about their personal lives. Run far away!

I arrived at my appointment time of 10:15, wasn't seen until 11:40. When I went to ask the nursing about why it was tAKING SO LONG, they were rude. I can say this is the worst Doctors office in San Antonio TX. The office is dirty it doesnf look like they ever clean the floors. It looks like a clinic in a third world country . Children are running around hitting other children I was afraid someone was going to break out in a right. I can't believe they allow this office to be open.

Dr. Jardan is a great Doctor, But his office staff is the most incompetent I have ever had to deal with and I work in the medical field. The office manager at the Walzem location was unfriendly and unhelpful, he refused to allow my son to be seen by the provider. Even after giving him all the information required twice. The staff stands around they never smile they act inconvenienced when you ask questions as if they don't want to do their jobs. HORRIBLE STAFF
