Beware of this practice
If you are looking for a Doctors office that is only interested in billing you for everything they possibly can than this is the place for you. Was charged 25 dollars just to have a doctors signature on a Department of Motor Vehicle form. When I questioned the receptionist about this charge I was told the Doctors time is money. I then asked why the Doctors signature was in a different color ink on the form than the information filled out. I inquired if in fact the Doctor filled out the form or was it done by someone else and all he did was sign. For 25 dollars you would think the Doctor could spend the 5 min filling out a few blanks on a form rather than the office staff. Needless to say this will be the last dollar this practice will get from me. The Doctors office was chosen because of the location and my insurance was accepted by them. A patient can do far better with a different practice the Doctor himself is mediocre at best and will just shuffle you through your appointment .

Worst experience
Dr Issacs did not even greet me when coming in nor speak for the first 10 minutes being in the room with me. Brushed off everything I said and did not explain anything until the very end of the appt, in which all he did was have the receptionist give me a handout with two sentences on it. He did not give me any information about what was going on and so I left with no answers and he did not seem to care he said maybe this maybe that. After spending out the behind of the copay along with what will be billed to me for NOTHING, he wanted me to come back two more times and spend more money on something he told me he didn't even think was the what was going on with my eyes. ??????????? If I could leave a 0 stars I would.

On my initial appointment, doctor diagnosed several conditions I was very concerned about. When I went back for follow up, he was very dismissive and did not want to discuss my problems. Just told me to pick up information sheet from receptionist. Now I'm worried about my eyes.

He was 25 minutes late for our appointment. The doctor was eating a sandwich as he came in because "it was lunch time". Those food stained hands would be on my face in a few minutes. EWWWW! Not too unfriendly but VERY dismissive and brusque. Was in a big hurry and had no interest in his patient's concerns. HEAVILY pushed buying lenses at the add-on store right next to his office. HEAVY sales pressure. At the end of the day...very expensive lenses that were the wrong prescription (my pupils were still a bit dilated so I wasn't at my best when looking through them, remember... they had HEAVY sales pressure at that point but ultimately that part was my fault). NO RETURNS...GOODBYE!! You've been warned about this office.

This doctor had a poor bedside manner. Was very brusque and did an extremely poor job explaining what was goingon with my eyes....And told me to refer to the handouts the nurse would give me. What a jerk!
