Dr. Fredrick Hayek, MD

Dr.Hayek is a decent doctor and very nice. But his receptionist has been disrespectful on multiple occasions so I left the practice and found a different primary care. I’ve heard this from other patients as well.

Now since the change in staff,it is very hard to want to go back,if I need a refill I am treated like a bad child for asking for a call into the pharm,acy. This is bad because I am on automatic refills and the pharmacy tells me to call thee Dr office and when I do rudeness is what I get! Obviously I am talking about his staff,not him he has always been kind and helpful to me,so I give him five stars,but his staff 0. I'm sure I'm not the only one who feels this way and who missed Denise, I wish Dr Hayek and Denise the best.

Dr Fred is an excellent physician. His specialty is Primary Care or Internal Medicine. He is professional, caring, and has over 40 years experience with patient care. He is a Great Doctor.

Good doctor.

No problem with Dr. Hayek for any common illness. However, I have been trying to get medication that he prescribed to my husband a month ago to be submitted for pre-auth to my insurance company which is very frustrating. I am also needing to get a referral to a specialist and having the same issue. Staff just will not get the tasks done even after phone call after phone call to check up in it.

He is caring and understanding. He is a well seasoned Doctor

Dr. Hayek has the highest quality of care and his experience in the field of medicine is outstadning

I am a new patient this year. The doctor is Straight forward. Not overly friendly, not rude or insensitive, and does have a sense of humor. Not a "Goof". Traits that I like.
