I needed answers on a chronic problem I was having with chronic urticaria. I saw the nurse practioner and she asked me all about myself and took my medical history. She then went and got Dr Vivino and he came in the room and asked me why I was there and that they don't handle my condition. They never ordered any test and never asked to see any test that I've had done already. . After my visit with Penn, my Dr ordered blood test that came back for an autoimmune disease.

Dr. Vivino is an exceptional rheumatologist. He was very patient with me and provided detailed explanations and supporting pre-printed and on-line literature regarding my condition. He also thoroughly explained required tests and medications prescribed. I highly recommend him to anyone requiring rheumatology care. Because he is so patient he does tend to run late providing the same level of care to all patients. He jokingly said my patients are patient with me. Well worth the wait!
