Rude. Condescending. The only noteworthy trait of this man is that he is a waste of oxygen

Dr. Scherr is not for the patient's best interest. He is solely on the insurance company's payroll. I swear he took an oath of Hypocrisy, not the Hippocratic Oath, because he is a severe disservice to the medical community. Do NOT trust this human for any reason.

I saw Scherr twice for a workers compensation injury. The 1st time he said that I needed a surgery and diagnostics. Not at MMI . The 2nd time I saw him he said I was faking. He was very up & very down through exam. He asked me What my doctors thought of his report and I couldn't say. He demanded to know if the doctors liked it. He was irate yelling at me. I told him to STOP! He put me at MMI, because I won't allow him to abuse me. Getting needed surgery through insurance. Very unstable. Liar.

I saw Dr. Scherr for a workman's comp-related evaluation after spending a week in the ICU. He was condescending and argumentative. He referred to my surgeons as glorified mechanics, and implied that my injury complications were a result of congenital defects, despite the fact that nothing in my medical record (which he deigned to skim) would indicate that to be true. As an EMT, I have never been so appalled by lack of patient care. This man is an insurance company puppet.
