Kind and caring professional
Dr Reindel has been instrumental in helping me get through some extremely difficult situations. He is easy to talk to and takes the time to listen to the issues that are affecting me. Since I started therapy with him my life and my outlook on life has improved more than words can describe. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a caring, supportive, kind, and knowledgeable therapist. The office staff is very kind and always willing to help with anything.

I would never go back!!!!
First and foremost I had a 1:00 appointment. I was seen about 1:35. Dr. Reindel hardly asked me any questions. For example "why do you want to change meds?" "how are you feeling today?" He hardly made eye contact with me. I have been in therapy for YEARS with a therapist that does not give medications for depression or anxiety in this case and I have never felt so confused why I was even there. I wanted to discuss maybe changing my medication and honestly it was never mentioned and I felt I could not speak. When I tried he said something like, he was not a therapist but a dr. that gave medication. I walked out of there questioning myself why I ever tried. I would get more out a yoga class.

This has got to be the absolute worst psychiatric office I’ve been to in my entire life. A couple of the staff members are quite friendly, but one in particular is completely heartless and has no place working in the psychiatric field. She is the cruelest and most bitter person I’ve ever met and she clearly hates her job and has no sympathy for the patients. She doesn’t listen to you, interrupts and talks down to you as if you’re an invalid. Psychiatrist is decent but I’m leaving because of her.
