Successful surgery, awful bedside manner. The
30 years ago, Dr. Ezon was tasked with reconstructing my orbital bone after I was mugged. Before my surgery he continuously stated that, while I'm at it, he could add a chin implant to fix my 'weak chin' for cosmetic reasons. I declined. I was 16. I had the surgery and after telling me it was successful, he again mentioned he wished I got the chin implant. These comments to add cosmetic surgery were awful. Recently, I reached out to his practice to find out what metal type was used in my operation. He curtly told me 'We only use titanium.' I asked if that was safe for an MRI. He responded 'You'll have to talk to the radiologist'. Fine. The radiologist told me his word was not enough he needed records. When contacting his office to see if records were kept of my surgery, the receptionist, in an extremely mean and dismissive way, stated that records were expunged after 7 years. That's fine. So, Dr. Ezon (and his team) is a serviceable physician with a terrible bedside manner.

I will always be grateful to Dr. Ezon for his emergency care of my prolonged nose bleed. He calmly explained the cauterizing treatment. I also want to commend the friendly and efficient staff.

He's rather dry, but within a few minutes of entering the examination room, he diagnosed the cause of my breathing difficulty. He treated it painlessly and I was out within an hour. Over six months I've had two follow-ups with lesser treatments, and my breathing is 100-percent better.

I had a breathing problem and I saw the Dr. the first time and he diagnosed and treated it, with one additional appointment for treatment, and the problem was gone. Dr. Ezon is very well organized and very efficient. I had been suffering for about six months and with three visits with two treatments, the problem was eliminated.

I was rushed and dismissed by this doctor with a 5 minutes exam as a new patient. My ENT concerns where not taken seriously and he referred me back to my family physician for my ENT concerns?? The physical exam was looking up my nose & down my throat - he never examined my ears even though I was referred to him for a possible ear issue! 5 minute later and I was charged $200 for this sham of an exam. A complete waste of time & money. This Dr is what is wrong with the current healthcare system.

Dr Ezon is very pleasant and knows what he is doing. I had surgery on my sinuses and repair of an old injury to my nose. I am very satisfied with the results - it's been 3 months now and can breath well again. Also, my allergies symptoms are 85% gone. Great job doctor!

I saw Dr. Ezon recently for my first Botox injection. Not only was he extremely comforting but he was so gentle I barely felt anything and saw an immediate result, although he said it takes 72 hours for the full effect I was extremely happy with my immediate result. I will be seeing a lot more of Dr. Ezon in the next few months for all my cosmetic needs! Thanks again Dr. Ezon!!!
