Your trust is our top concern.

We strive to keep reviews honest, trustworthy, and fair.

Doctors can not pay for good reviews, nor can they pay to have negative reviews removed.

We monitor all reviews to ensure they comply with our guidelines and don’t include personal information, profanity, libel, defamation, harassment, obscenity or fraud.

Any reviews that are deemed fraudulent or violate our guidelines will be removed immediately.

All reviews are confirmed and audited before publication, and community members have the ability to flag inappropriate content for further review by our team.

Dr. Ali came off friendly and validating at the start, but by the second session, I just felt patronized, like he was just trying to placate me till I left. He checked his watch constantly, starting less than 5 minutes into a session. He ignored the symptoms I was most concerned with. Would minimize what I shared, then try to backtrack with, "I don't want to minimize......" I felt like he made very little effort to understand anything I shared and consistently misinterpreted me, all while telling me how articulate I am. Then he slapped me with a BPD diagnosis in the last hour of my last day with no explanation. In fact, when I asked, he started flipping through his papers and hemmed and hawed until I finally just asked to leave so I could say goodbye to my groupmates. Much of my time with Dr. Ali just reinforced my medical trauma, and I feel like I was a nuisance.
