If I could it would be 0 star! I did the test first with this office, then to be told there aren't any follow up appt for the doc, that they would call me. It's been over a month with no call. I had to go to the office to ask for report to be sent. My pcm had not received any report, said they sent 3 weeks ago and will send again so my pcm can try to decipher the report. I still had one more test to-do but will wait for pcm. Reception is not any better! Will NEVER recommend them to anyone. No calls but sure took my money and did the first test!

I absolutely love seeing Dr Morales, he has great listening skills and is always kind. After only 2 visits he made it possible for me to get a portable oxygen machine. The appointment scheduling is done by his sister. She on orher hand is very unprofessional and rude. She has no compassion for uncontrollable situations when they come up.

Last year I believed I had appointment but cancelled it because I had diarrhea and other symptoms of virus. I was told Dr. Morles was book up till this year and they will contact me when appointment comes available. Checking my email today I found email saying I have appointment ay 10 today. Problem is I was aware I had appointment at 11:15. My daughter called and was told it was our fault because they were calling the wrong number which is not listed on the contact number. Even when my house phone number and c phone number and my daughter phone number they were calling the wrong number but it my fault because they did this. The Remainer email was send yesterday but it was posted after I check my email and was not aware of the email till after the appointment time. Still, we never were told about the appointment because they were calling the wrong number and now, I am being charge for a miss appointment

Dr Morales has been taking care of me for 5 years now and I think he’s a pretty good, very caring doctor. He’s been “monitoring “ something on my lungs for a long time but I called today trying to make an appointment after my pcp recommended I see my pulmonologist ASAP. The receptionist was nice and she listened to my problem intently, then she gave me an appointment for November, this is June. I told her my pcp’s concerns and mine too. She put me on hold for 6 minutes then came back and said she could get me in to see the doctor on November 8. I’m scheduling with a pulmonologist that understands this is an emergent problem and treats it as such.

"Thank you for the care that you gave my husband till the end of his life. He appreciated your concern and your honest advice that helped save him from a lot of pain and suffering. You were very wise, and we were very wise to have a good doctor who really care about his patients like you. My husband enjoyed laughing with you at his visits also".

I do not understand how this guy is still in charge of Critical Care @ Metroplex Hospital. He failed to diagnose my husband's lung cancer even though the radiologist spotted it in Feb 2014. There was no referral to Oncology, no treatment and he did not inform us @ any of the 5 or 6 times my husband was in his care. We finally found out @ Scott & White Hospital 6 months later, when the cancer was Stage 4 & untreatable. Bill passed 18 days later. THIS is who Metroplex chooses to head Critical Car
