Dr. Fred Galluccio, MD

Needs to work on his bedside manor.

My husband an I have been going to Dr Galluccio for about 30 years and he has always looked out for us. He keeps on top of all our health needs such as vacinations, blood test, medications and referrals when needed. He is patient and actualy listens to what you are concernd with. His staff are very friendly and willing to help with whatever your need are. we would'nt think of going to anyone else.

The office staff is excellent very understanding and English is their first language. I have never had any problem there with communication with the office staff. The doctors are very caring and take a great amount of time with you, which means there is a wait before you see these doctors.

My father, who is 89, received notification that his primary physician retired so I set out find him a new primary physician. I made an Appt for my father who is not very mobile, to see Dr. Galluccio to see if he would be a good fit. The front office staff, who seem to have a bit of a tough time with English as their primary language, at Dr. Galluccio's office stated that he could meet with my father and I explained that my father wanted to meet with him prior to officially changing PCP's with his Ins. They stated this would be fine. However, when we arrived for the appt, the front office staff asked for my fathers insurance card and once they read it, told my father that he could not meet with the Dr as he was not a current patient. This had already been explained to them prior. They are not bright. When are Dr's going to realize that the front office is the face of their business and hiring unintelligent people is never a good idea.

Willing staff who were knowledgeable about the procedure I was having done. Dr. Galluccio is always a competent physician who exudes professionalism and dedication to all his patients. One leaves the office knowing they have received the best possible care in best practice.

I am very pleased with the care I have received from Dr. Galluccio. I am a new patient to his practice. He is very thorough in his evaluation, and listens to my questions.

Dr Galluccio is patient, compassionate, knowledgeable and experienced. Great staff.

Helpful office staff

My visits to Dr. Galluccio are always successful. His staff is efficient and concerned about my well being. Dr. Galluccio treats me like a friend, not just another number. I recommend him highly.

Staff is uninformed and meets patients without wearing masks. Charts are not updated and office staff is grossly unprepared for patient visits. A general carelessness with office hours and consistent openings and closings of the office. A sloppily run medical office.

Dr. Galluccio truly cares about his patients. We are so lucky to have him as our family physician.

Dr. Eisman there is the best doctor that I have ever had. He is so caring, understanding & he makes referrals to very good specialists if necessary. The staff there is amazing as well!

My long time physician retired and Dr. Galluccio was recommended. I went in for a preventative physical. As a new patient, be prepared to be charged $300 for a meet and greet, so he can review the new patient data that any Dr. would require. Labs scheduled next. I reviewed the lab report and only had minimally high cholesterol. New appointment for $200 to tell me I had minimally high cholesterol. Recommended 3 additional appointments. No thanks. The billing office did not bill anything preventative, but rather diagnostic, triggering my insurance carrier to pay a lesser amount and forcing me to come out of pocket for what was preventative care. We discussed with the billing office and they said they would resolve the issue, but never did and refuse to return any correspondence written or via phone.

It is always pleasant to visit the office. The office staff is patient and friendly. Dr. careful to check all the boxes of the office visit necessity.

I always experience professionalism, expertise and compassion from Dr Galluccio and his staff. I believe Dr Galluccio takes a sincere interest in his patients and is committed to providing assessments and interventions that are in the best interest of his patient’s health. Dr Galluccio and his staff take the time to understand patient’s concerns and I have never experienced a rush appointment. I am a registered nurse and nursing professor and would highly recommend Dr. Galluccio and his office staff.

Dr. Galluccio is the epitome of the small town doctor who knows your name, listens to your concerns, and proactively works to solve and follow-up on your health issues. I’ve been going to him for over 25 years and I can’t envision ever seeing anyone else.

He is very knowledgeable , attentive, Good communication with patient, which is important. Following up with all test result & shares with other Doctors in my team. Office personnel are Friendly, Knowledgeable with insurance paper works. I have been referring my friends to him. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
