Franklin Chatham is the worst doctor I have been to. Never calls with test results. At first refused to send my records to another cardiologist. That nasty woman Trish is just down-right mean. AND he tried to sue me over charges he was obligated to write off according to his contract with my insurance company. Anyone who sees this man needs to see a psychiatrist first.

I had to call to get my test results. I am having no luck obtaining my records. The person I spoke to in the office the second time I called about obtaining my records was down right mean.

He never calls with results of tests. I had to switch cardiologists. When my new one FINALLY received my records, I found out I'm on the verge of a defibrillator from the last test he ran on me over a year ago. Now I have to undergo more tests, at my expense of course, because of his lack of communication. I would never recommend him for anything and he should probably retire. Staff is not friendly at all. The office manager is very snippy and talks to you like a child.
