Dr. Vrionis is the BEST !
Dr. Vrionis is an amazing doctor who is not only brilliant and knowledgeable, but is such a caring and compassionate person. He's an excellent diagnostician, and you absolutely know that you are in good hands with Dr. Vrionis. After I had an appointment with Dr. Vrionis my husband developed some painful problems and he also went to see him. My husband was in need of surgery and was taken care of so beautifully by Dr. Vrionis and his fabulous staff. We know that we can count on him to take the best care of us and are confident that we both had amazing care.

Go home
The worst excuse for a human being and doctor. This man put a shunt into my husband's brain to relieve fluid. The shunt was not functioning and my husband's symptoms were getting worse. We arrived at the office visit where we were seen by a ARNP. She explained that she was going to open the shunt to let more fluid out. Instead of opening it she closed it down more going from a 5 to a 6.I pointed this out to her. She said she would be right back after arguing with me that she did in fact open it.30 min later a RN came back to the room and told us to leave. Dr Vrionis never followed up . In fact when we were leaving he turned his back to us and said nothing. Countless phone calls were made by me the next week with no response. I took my husband to another ER because of his decline ,in a wheel chair because he lost his ability to walk and was seen by another neurosurgeon who put in a working shunt. My husband was discharged 2 weeks later ,walking on his own.

Best Surgeon!
Dr. Vrionis is the best! He is an extremely skilled surgeon. I know I was in the best of hands. He is very caring, patient and genuinely very nice. His bedside manner cannot be beat. I would highly recommend him. Also, his nurse practitioner Jill Hunt is wonderful. She is very responsive and kind.

Really, really skilled.
Dr. Vironis performed my 3rd back surgery about 5 years ago. He revised what had been done before, by other surgeons. I went in having severe pain and being able to stand for less than a few minutes. I left with very little back pain . He is also a consummate gentleman! He does not keep you coming back for years. He treats patients with respect. He is truthful about what results to expect. This review is from a Nurse Anesthetist. I am not a personal friend of Dr. Vironis and I have never worked with him. This is honestly what I think about him as a surgeon.

I had two surgeries by Dr. Vrionis in 2018. Since the surgery I am unable to stand or walk for more than a few minutes without severe discomfort. In hindsight, I wish I had never had the surgery. My quality of life has diminished considerably. I suggest to anyone thinking about back surgery to take your time and really think it over. Once it's over you can't go back.

Dr. "Frank" performed C-Spine surgery ACDF at 3 levels of my neck. It was such a successful surgery that I can truly say "I have my life back", and I am only 2 weeks "post-op". Dr. Vrionis sat down with me and gave me his time to address my condition, different treatment options, and prognosis.

Dr Vironis performed a Microvascular decompression for Trigemenal Neuralgia. He damaged my 3 nerves and caused me to have Anesthesia Delarosa. Instead of leaving me alone, he did a nerve ablation and caused me to have a stroke. I now have 24/7 pain and I have permanent damage from my stroke. Find another surgeon.
