Excellent dr and nice man! He is always very kind and gentle. I have always felt cared about when I've seen dr. Tugwell. He is very easy to talk to as well which is very important to me. If there is ever a wait it's worth it and I know that means someone else needs to see him more.

Dr tugwell delivered 2 of my 6 children and out of all my births - my experience with him was off the charts . He is very informative , funny, encouraging and thorough. I highly recommend him

I have gone to Dr. Tugwell for many years, he delivered both of my kids. He is extremely gentle, kind and actually takes the time to listen to your concerns and questions. He is an amazing doctor!
