I have been to Dr. Tsai for eye injections (macular degeneration) many, many times. He is always friendly and involved. Very gentle, takes away any fear about injections. Would give him and all his staff ten stars, if I could.

Went for cataract surgery. Dr. Tsai not a good communicator (language is fine). First lens replacement did not help vision, but was a Toric lens for astigmatism, which I paid extra for. He did a second surgery, replacing the lens. This time I still didn't see better, and this one is not a Toric lens, so I still have astigmatism. When I told him, he said he forgot to tell me I could have Lasik at a reduced price to compensate for the non-toric lens. However, it was past 6 months since the surgery so I would have to pay thousands for the Lasik instead. My eye that did not have cataract surgery sees better than the one he supposedly fixed, and it still has a cataract.
