I have been to this office three times, once I was there for three hours, the other two times it was 2-2 1/2. The wait time (time spent not with the doctor) was 95% of that each time. The last time (which will be the last time) I waited 2 hours and 20 minutes for him to come in, berate the student he was working with, and then spend 5 minutes talking about a condition I see a specialist for and not what I needed him to talk about. It was the “do you want me to just give you the meds and let you go?” that did it for me. Never again.

I have been going for several years and he is nothing but attentive and willing to listen to u and not just send u on your way. The wait is sometimes long but not always like any other place, but he will give u the time you need and I'd rather see a Dr. that is listening to his patients rather than seeing a bunch of mediocre people who send u off as quickly as they can. You see one doctor and he makes it a point to remember his patients. You will not be dissapointed. Quality is more important than being rushed out. Thank you for getting my asthma and allergies under control! I was miserable.

Yeah the wait time will totally drive you nuts and they still run on papers instead of computers. But they spend more than enough time with every patient and attend to all of their details and are very thorough. Especially in life threatening Anaphylaxis kind of scenarios for my 14month old, they did a great job in diagnosing accurately and explaining in detail. Well worth the wait, in my opinion.

Each time we have seen Dr. Simon we have waited over 1 hour to see him from the time the nurse takes vitals/spirometry test to the time Dr. Simon walks into the room. Our most recent appointment, and will be our last appointment, was completely unacceptable. Not only was Dr. Simon tardy, when I asked the nurse & receptionist twice what the long wait time was for, because we were 1 of 2 patients in the office, they did not have an explanation. We left without seeing Dr. Simon.
