I've never had pediatrician more through and knowledgeable! Originally began with my younger son who needed ADD evaluation and meds. One medication, perfect dose straightaway! I'd heard horror stories about other doctors and children trying several different meds, it was frightening! Not with Dr. Peppers.

Where do I start? 1.5 hr wait in exam room, no real apology, no one came in to say it'd be awhile. All we got was he'll be in shortly once. Apparently 1.5 hrs is shortly. STILL didn't have our son's records after a year, even after we signed many release forms. Guess what, I have the CD of ALL records now, guess where I got it, from them! We switched drs. and apparently they can't send our kids records to the new one. We've signed release forms twice for that. Peppers was very rude all around.

Wait time was well over an hour with 3 young children. All we got was sorry for the wait, BUT.... Glad my child wasn't sick, though she did get sick the next day. Before this last appointment, we've had nothing but trouble. They have had issues getting my older two's shot records straight. Once they had one, but not the other. Next time, they had the other one, but not the first. We have only been with him for a year, finding a new dr. now.
