Knowledgeable and Concerned
I met with Dr. Moore, today. As soon as he walked in the room he expressed concern about the reason I was there. Provided and explanation of his conclusion, diagnosis and discharge plan.

Very Dismissive - Refused to speak with family
Let an elderly confused patient decide own treatment plan. Gave no advice (that the confused patient could remember) and would not speak with family members. Discharged patient to a wheelchair in the waiting room before family arrived. Terrible experience.

Zero Compassion During the Death of My Brother
I would NOT recommend this physician to anyone who values compassionate care. My brother was rushed to Middlesex Hospital unconcious, experiencing a massive heart attack. Unfortunately, my brother passed away while my sister and I were waiting in a private room at the hospital waiting for an update on his condition. Dr. Moore walks into the room and says "did your brother have any medical conditions. Was he on medications?" My sister and I feeling terrified and extremely upset about our brother asked for an update on our brother first. Dr. Moore says with zero empathy and no regard for what my sister and I were feeling "he died." That's how Dr. Moore delivered the death of my brother.

Completely Missed Life Threatening Condition
I visited the ER with chest pains and shortness of breath in June of 2021. He blamed high blood pressure and sent me home. In his notes, he stated that there was very little chance of pulmonary embolism. Three days later I went back to the ER at the request of my primary care doctor. I was diagnosed with extensive bilateral pulmonary embolisms, including one that was very close to my heart. If I had accepted his diagnosis, I could very likely have died.

negligent
dr took the word of an elderly patient with dementia, and who had had a seizure as reliable. never called to speak with family member before completing his diagnosis and discharge. totally missed a ton of stuff that he could have known if he had simply picked up a phone to gather info about a medically vulnerable, elderly patient.

Condescending, rude, and unprofessional. Had no bedside manner, immediately assumed I was being dramatic, disregarded my medical history. I would not recommend Dr. Moore if you have a history of trauma, medical trauma, or become easily overwhelmed or anxious. Made me want to crawl in a hole and cry with the way he spoke to me.
