Total CARING attitude; professional staff but warm, friendly. Dr. told me exactly what to anticipate; encouraged me, definitely a belief in God/Christ. Knew he was BUSY yet spent quality time with me. Was quick to say if I had other questions, he would call me after 4 PM and discuss. Had several laser procedures, then an actual surgical procedure - he called me at home that night to check on me personally-called. I am severe diabetic and because of Dr. Lorusso I am keeping sight in my eye
