Had neck surgery with no complaints. But during my visit after surgery I explained in the beginning that I was numb from below my ear to my throat in which he replied I was a liar. His bedside manner is lacking and I was telling the truth. He was wrong. Offended me to the point I felt my blood pressure go up, Just not good with patients.

Dr Hux, lied after surgery. It state inthe report that I had movement in both lowe extremities. This was false. I had no movement of my right leg. Was told I had a stroke. Stokes do not pick on a part. To this day 9 years later i still have a lot of trouble with walking. You, Dr Hux will answer to our lord God, for lying about this.

arrogant, impatient, and in a hurry to do surgery. Hospital he uses, MWC Regional has a D rating. After seeing Hux, and the Alliance Center doctors I had seen, Dr. Frank Hux and Dr. Barlow, both objected to my getting another opinion. Both had "questions" for me. Dr. Barlow, Seminole Alliance Center actuallly wrote a note on the referral to another neurologist to not do any treatment for me without first notifying her. Dr. Barlow actually wrote on the referral for me not to be treated by anyone outside the Alliance group . I only saw Barlow one time, but she apparently felt she owned me. I only saw Hux one time, yet his office nurse wanted to question me on my reasons. The Alliance Center doctors are like vultures out for their feed/patients. Dr. Hux's office was kind enough to call in fourteen days of tramadol for me when I asked, but it was like if we do this for you, you are then obligated for Hux to do the back surgery. Hux and staff extremely pushy, overbearing.

Being having issues for 2 years, DR Hux listened to me for 30 minutes asked me questions no one had before. Checked my neck arms and legs. Sent me for MRI's and EMG testing. He had provided me a plan if outcome was what he thought it might be. He was correct in a lot of the items. Straight forward no nonsense Doctor. I can deal with this I need surgery working with my company and insurance on best time for me.
